2. All prices are in U.S. Dollars/Indian Rupees and the gifts are only for Kolkata. No Extra amount will be charged on the listed price.

3. Minimum order value Rs.500.00 within Proper Kolkata City , Rs.1000.00 for Surroundings of Kolkata & Rs.1200.00 for Suburban station up to 30KM & Rs.2000.00 after 30KM to 50KM Maximum.

5. No Supply will be done to Any suburban station on any Occasion Day.
   (Like Mother'day, Father's Day. Poila Baishak , Puja etc) Supply will be done day before Occasion or day after occasion.

6. Generally Giftssendtokolkata/E-SOL  will dispatch gift items within  24 to 48 working hours of receiving the order from the credit card company. If sender specifies a particular supply date, Giftssendtokolkata will try to dispatch the gift item on the specified date of the sender.

7. In any circumstances, Giftssendtokolkata/E-SOL  does not guarantee the exact date of delivery specified by the sender. The date & Time of delivery may vary according to the remoteness of the recipient.

8. If recipient is not at the given address, the gift item would be left with the neighbor along with an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our local office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. Giftssendtokolkata  reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient refuse the order for any personal reason.

9. Payment Terms- Actually Giftssendtokolkata.com does not ask you any personal details for payment. During the checkout process, you will be asked by our payment gateway,Cccavne.com to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that our payment gateway Cccavne.com may collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with their Privacy and Cookie Policy.

   Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking:

   Our payment gateway Ccavenue.com accept Master/Visa Credit cards and Debit cards, Net Banking from most of the banks in India. You need to have your own Credit Card or Debit Card with relevant information such as Credit Card billing address, Credit Card/Debit Card Number, name written on the Credit/Debit card, expiry date, billing address with Pin code (Zip code) and Verified by Visa/ Mastercard Secure Code password to complete the authenticated payments through our above payment gateway which is safe and secure.

   If you prefer to make the payment through Net Banking, you need to have your bank account login and password and transaction passwords to complete the transaction.

    

10. Giftssendtokolkata  is not responsible for any kind of mishandling of credit card information given to CCAvenue, the authorized online retailer, for the orders placed. Please take care that your card is not used in an unauthorized manner. We shall not be responsible for your card being charged in this manner. However if your card has been used without authorization, you should advise us the moment you receive the E-mail confirmation of the order which was placed.

11. Giftssendtokolkata  is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to force majeure, curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. Giftssendtokolkata reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation.

12. Giftssendtokolkata shall try its best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.

13. Inspite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, Giftssendtokolkata will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.

14. The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind.

15. Delivery - E-SOL / Giftssendtokolkata  supply gifts items within Kolkata and Surroundings area (up to 50 KM).  E-SOL / Giftssendtokolkata assures the hand delivery of its products within Kolkata and Surroundings area (up to 50 KM) by our local staff within 48-72  working hours provided the order is complete and correct. Delivery time depending upon the remoteness of the recipient and availability of the products. 

16. Cancellation and Refund- Gift orders once placed cannot be canceled but any changes in the same must be notified by the customer/sender before 12 working hours from the time of delivery of the order. Giftssendtokolkata / E-SOL will cancel the order full or partly as per request of the customer. After Cancellation of Order customers will receive the amount in their bank or credit card account with next few days as per bank norms.

17. All Picture of products has been displayed in the webpage is only for display purpose. Original items may be look difference from the display picture. But giftssendtokolkata will try to deliver exactly the same type gifts displayed on its web pages and but giftssendtokolkata ensure that the items will be supplied from the same sources indicated in the webpage. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non availability of products from indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar kind of product is not available, Giftssendtokolkata will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.

18. Giftssendtokolkata reserves the right to change the perishable gift item to less perishable one if the former is expected to spoil before the day it reaches the recipient, without prior permission from the sender.

19. Giftssendtokolkata reserves the right to dispatch the gift items separately, not as a single package as per availability of the items.

20. Giftssendtokolkata will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances it reserves the right to change the prices anytime, without any prior notice and charge the sender accordingly.

21. Giftssendtokolkata does not, in any way, claim ownership or right over the Trademarks, Brands and Company Names used at this site, which are owned by their respective owners/companies. Even they (respective owners/companies) are not responsible for our any activities. References to these products and company Names are used solely for the purpose of identifying the products supplied at this site. we are not their authorised Dealer or agent. we just purchase their products from respective sources by cash and sold and supply the same in the destination as per customers order.

22. While Giftssendtokolkata takes great effort to ensure prompt possible delivery of  fresh products, Giftssendtokolkata /E-SOL is  responsible for the degradation in the condition of perishable items (Flowers, Sweets, Cakes, etc.) due to late delivery in Kolkata, shall be limited to replacement of the item, with fresh delivery of the same item. To avail such a  redelivery, the recipient will have to contact Giftssendtokolkata/ E-SOL along with the originally delivered item, within two hours he/she receives the gift.

23. Giftssendtokolkata does not deliver perishable gift items  outside Kolkata

24. While Giftssendtokolkata ensures to deliver best quality products from well known sources, it is not responsible if the quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.

25. In the unlikely event of a dispute relating delivery, the dispute shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Kolkata  (India) courts.

26. The sender is bound to above terms and conditions once he/she places the order. The sender should read the above terms and place the order with Giftssendtokolkata/E-SOL only if they are acceptable by him/her.

27. E-SOL / Giftssendtokolkata reserve right to accept any order or cancel any order without any reason.

28. Before delivery our staff will contact the recipient over phone for the details location ,land mark and for the time of availability of recipient . If any recipient don't co-operate in this matter then E-SOL / Giftssendtokolkata reserve right to cancel the order.
